Being an employee at the ACE Hotel must be pretty damn gnarly. You get to wear Jeans in 100 degree weather. Ace Hotels have 4 locations: Seattle, WA; New York, Portland, Oregon; and Palm Springs. This collaboration is interesting because they have partnered with the Levi Strauss & Co. for Suite 501, a denim-decorated room for its Palm Springs Ace Hotel & Swim Club.
“You know the comfortable feeling of putting on your favorite pair of 501s? That’s what we were trying to re-create,” said Calderwood.
